BASIC INFOâThis is not a rechargeable battery. DO NOT Charge battery. 3.6V non-rechargeable C size lithium thionyl chloride battery; 9000 mAh; wide range of temperatures -55°C to +85°C; most suitable for low power consumption devices.
CERTIFICATIONSâRoHS and UN 38.3 compliant; UL and IEC certified.
MANUFACTURER DIRECTâAll of our batteries have date-code to guarantee freshness. Lithium thionyl chloride battery has a passivation characteristic. Therefore, we highly recommend customer to use the battery within 3 months to receive optimal performance. Although our battery has a 10 years shelf life (under special storage conditions), we advise customers not to store batteries for a long time due to the passivation characteristic. It is highly recommended that you purchase as many as you need.
CAUTION! If you plugged in the battery into your device and it appears to be "dead" or âhalf-charged,â it is usually due to lithium batteryâs voltage delay or passivation. The battery can generally restore itself after it is started. If it doesnât, please contact us immediately for free replacement. If you are not sure whether this is the right type of battery for you, please contact us with your device information so we can find you the correct battery.
GLOBAL TECHNICAL SUPPORTâWe take pride in providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we have over 20 years experience in lithium battery business. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products, please send us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

What if your battery doesn't work when connected to the device?
1. Test the OCV(Open Circuit Voltage). You can use the multi-meter to test the voltage. Standard voltage should be no less than 3.6V. If your battery is lower than 3.6V, please tell us.
2. Test loading voltage. The loading voltage should be around 3.2V. If your loading voltage is higher than 3.2V, the battery is in good condition. Due to the passivation characteristic of lithium thionyl chloride, your loading voltage may not reach 3.2V immediately. You can connect the battery with a resistor and activate it with a multimeter. When the loading voltage of the battery reaches 3.2V, then the activation is successful and the battery can be used.
3. If the battery fails to activate or is still unusable after activation, please tell us for help.

One of our company mottos is 'necessity is the mother of invention' and many of our products seem to arrive with us in unexpected ways. This all started when we were thinking about the effect lockdown was having, especially with regard to some having more time than usual. We honestly didn't know how this new idea would be received and I have to admit to being a bit nervous... but boy, did those who joined in show us what they thought of it...
